Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director for the newly formed theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been a board members of SSC since the year 2011. In her role as Artistic Director at SSC she was also the costume designer and set designer for the production as well as composer/music director and text coach. In her last year she served as director and lighting designer for SSC's King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble until the end of last year, when she was the first time she directed a show. Post's wife, poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School was where she learned and cheered. The school she attended briefly was Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. On a personal note Post had been married before to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross is her husband of 22 years since 1982. They have two daughters. Post, a wonderful actor and an ideal mother and wife, is an example to several Hollywood actors.
